Missy Brunswick was very helpful in helping me pick out a house. She looked out for my needs in finding a home. She told me that I might look at 1 to 100 houses before I find the right house. She didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time when looking at houses. I finally found an house that suited my needs she was very helpful in selecting the right home for me. Missy was very helpful in what I wanted and kept her eyes open to find what I needed. I closed on the house on Sept 20th thanks to Missy.

Amy Rhoades is an absolute gem! She is determined and always had my best interest at heart. Expecting the sale to be an ordeal since I live out of state, Amy took care of so much and made our transaction as smooth as it could be. I highly recommend her!

Amy was great!! She had never worked through a new home construction process before so she came along with us! She asked questions that we never thought about asking as this was our first time buying a house. She provided valuable insight about the process, helped explain things to us so we understood in "normal" terms, and answered any questions we had! We were lucky to have her there to help us. Amy was also very supportive of us along the way and continuously expressed her joy for us becoming homeowners.

Would definitely recommend working with Emerson Wagner Realty Co Inc., especially Amy!

I chose to work with Susan Shaffer because I had once before and found her to be a hard working professional realtor. I was especially pleased with the nice job she did on the home pictures, description, and presentation. I would highly recommend her.
